WordPress SEO Services

Laptop on a desk showing a Google Analytics traffic dashboard, representing WordPress SEO services

WordPress SEO services for businesses that are tired of being invisible. I fix the technical foundations, sort the on-page basics search engines actually read, and build the content structure that earns rankings — no guarantees of page one, just the work that moves you there.

What's Included

Technical SEO Audit

A full crawl of your site to find what is actually holding it back — broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content, missing meta, orphaned pages and crawl errors. You get the findings in plain English, prioritised by impact rather than by severity score.

On-Page Optimisation

Title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, image alt text, internal linking and URL structure — fixed across every page that matters, not just the homepage.

Keyword Research

Real keyword research using live SERP checks, not just difficulty scores. Ahrefs will tell you a keyword is easy while every page ranking for it sits at DR 90 — I check who is actually ranking before recommending you chase it.

Speed & Core Web Vitals

Core Web Vitals work — caching, image compression and conversion to WebP, render-blocking scripts, database cleanup. Speed is a ranking factor and a conversion factor at the same time.

Schema & Structured Data

Article, FAQ, Breadcrumb, LocalBusiness and Product schema implemented and validated — so search engines and AI answer engines can read what your pages are about.

Setup & Content Strategy

Rank Math configured properly, Search Console and Analytics connected, sitemap submitted, and a content plan built around keywords a site your size can realistically win.

Process

Audit & Baseline

I crawl the site and pull your Search Console data to see what is already working, what is broken, and where the gap between the two is costing you traffic.

Prioritised Plan

You get a prioritised list, not a 60-page PDF. Quick wins first, structural work second, long-term content plays third — with the reasoning for each.

Technical Fixes

Broken links, redirects, crawl errors, indexing problems, page speed and schema — the foundation work that has to happen before content can rank.

On-Page Rollout

Every page that matters gets its title, description, headings, alt text and internal links rewritten around the keyword it should actually be targeting.

Content Roadmap

A keyword-mapped content plan built for your domain authority — targeting terms you can win now, and building toward the competitive ones later.

Tracking & Reporting

Rankings tracked from an agreed starting point, reported monthly against the keywords we chose, so you can see movement rather than take my word for it.

Questions

How long does SEO take to work?

Technical fixes can show up in weeks. Ranking improvements on competitive terms realistically take three to six months, and anyone promising faster is either targeting keywords nobody searches for or is not being straight with you.

Can you guarantee first page rankings?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's algorithm. What I can guarantee is the work — the audit, the fixes, the on-page optimisation — and honest reporting on what it moves.

What makes WordPress SEO different?

It is the SEO work specific to WordPress — Rank Math configuration, plugin bloat and speed, theme-level heading and schema problems, permalink structure and redirect handling. The principles are universal, the implementation is not.

Do I need a one-off audit or ongoing work?

A one-off audit and fix gets your foundations right and is often enough for a small site. Ongoing work makes sense when you are publishing content regularly or competing in a crowded market. I will tell you which one you need.

Do you build backlinks?

Not directly. I focus on technical SEO, on-page optimisation and content structure — the parts you control. Links earned from good content last; links bought in bulk get your site penalised.

What tools do you use?

Search Console and Analytics if you have them — that is your real data. Ahrefs for keyword research and competitor analysis, and live SERP checks to confirm what the difficulty scores claim.
